Lightcast (Lester Biddle) will set the context through labour market data analysis and insights, focusing on the demands for AI related skills, but also commensurate demands for heightened soft skills.

Solent University will then lead a session on the "Leadership Code", which discusses the evolution through IQ and EQ( Emotional Intelligence) towards MQ. (Morals/Values), and how this is impacted by all pervasive technology, which potentially will evolve further to include TQ ( Technical intelligence)

Dan and Sheilah from WBD will look at the implications of all of this in the employment arena.  They will start by touching on how this is causing an evolution in law firm models and then outline wider issues in the employment law space.  Those will include the legal risks of using technology in HR matters, a potential move away from fixed job descriptions to more agile, activity-based employment, impact on employment levels (redundancies) and changes in roles, and how organisations may need to regulate use of technologies by their employees.

Breakout groups will identify what they believe are the key components of TQ (Technical Intelligence). There maybe an opportunity to get involved in further research on this at some point, should participants wish.
