About the Event
Join us at Future Worlds on Thursday 22 February from 15.30 to 17.30 for an open house style event - “Southampton to Silicon Valley: Future Worlds Open House”. Here you will have the opportunity to meet some of the game changing startups that have been selected for this year’s cohort along with meeting some of the Future Worlds alumni founders who have gone on to raise millions of pounds in investment and funding in the last few years.
Following this (17.30 – 19.00) we will be joined virtually by our guest speaker, Katharine Schmidtke who will be sharing her journey of leaving Southampton and moving to Silicon Valley. Katharine is a Southampton alumna who moved to San Francisco after graduating and worked for Meta before launching her own startup.
At 19.00 food and drink will be served at the accelerator space.
