In a rapidly changing and increasingly digital world, and with growing skills shortages, it is even more important that employers find and keep the talent they need.
We welcome businesses from across the region to explore the changing world of work and the implications of new technology on how we work, including the impacts of AI and making the most of early talent. This conference will look at attracting and retaining talented employees, including graduates. It offers an opportunity to hear from experts and learn from best practice, including from leading companies and employers. The event will also include a chance to speak to students and hear their views about the future.
